Rent estimate model
The rent estimate starts with a base price per square foot by property type, then adjusts for bedrooms, bathrooms, and condition. The result is shown as a range because local market variation can be significant.
Comparison model
The comparison tool calculates price per square foot for each rental and identifies the average rent, lowest rent, and highest rent in the manual set entered by the user.
What these tools do not do
They do not scrape listings, predict demand, verify legal rent rules, or replace professional real estate advice.
